Y'ALL MEANS ALL

---Attention---
(Update from June 1, 2021)
We are excited to announce that we have been called to serve a Church in the Province of Ontario in Canada. As many of you may know we have been prayerfully considering a return to pulpit ministry for several years.  For everyone that follows our ministry in a virtual setting you will have a continued opportunity to do so through our new church family website. We began work as the new Co-Ministers on June 1, 2021 with Deep River Community Church in Deep River, Ontario.

We will still operate and maintain our ministry with St. Martha's Table. We have the same contact information as before. For the new Church ministry we are serving our direct email is minister@drcchurch.ca

Welcome to St. Martha's Table!

Greetings in Christ,

Welcome to the St. Martha's Table website. Please take some time to look around to see who we are and what we are doing. Check out our intro video at the bottom of this page. We would love to get to know you and bless you as you bless us.  We are a ministry based out of Columbia, Kentucky where ALL people are welcome. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, lifestyle, orientation, gender identity, or faith.  We believe that ALL are created equal in God's image and likeness.  The Creation accounts in the book of Genesis tell us that God declared Creation to be good, and that humanity was deemed "very good."  May we never forget this profound declaration!

St. Martha's Table embraces, proclaims and demonstrates a contemporary expression of the ancient Christian faith based on the principles of Social Justice and Liberation Theology and Creation Spirituality. This recognizes God in all things, and all things in God.  The Christ-light is present in each of us, here and now.   The Rites and Sacraments are open to all people.  You do not need to be a member of any denomination in order to receive a part in the rights and benefits of this ministry.  In fact many of the people we minister to are from a wide range of faith backgrounds.

The open ministry offers Holy Baptism, Naming Ceremonies, Holy Communion, Matrimony, Funeral/Memorial services,  and even Pet Funerals. These may be administered traditional, non-traditional, or anything in between.  We will continuously seek to model the teaching of Jesus in that no one is turned away from receiving the radical love of God.

We have no church building, nor regularly scheduled services.  Instead, we follow the ancient model of the early Church of the 1st and 2nd Century, when the first Christians often met in homes for corporate worship.  We want to "be the Church" wherever our journey takes us.  Please click on the Ministries and Outreach tab above for more information about what we have to offer.

All are welcome!

Love God. Love One Another. Change the World. Pass it on.

Peace and blessings to you,

Amanda+ and Sheldon+
